Leslie Kwarteng

Founder and Managing Director

It's hard to come by transformative leaders in F&B today. Those whose competence matches their experience and whose passion and rigour drives measurable results. Although much of his time is now spent as an advisor to global private equity funds, Leslie still takes a hands on approach to all Link projects. With 2 decades of leading hospitality businesses, from acquisition and build, to development, venue design and multi site operations, the value he brings is uniquely sort after by clients seeking to realise their hospitality dreams. A commercially driven and determined individual with strong skills in budgeting and forecasting, quality management systems (QMS), recruitment and training.

Federico Pasian

Head Of Bars

A skilled and creative mixologist with over 10 years' experience in some of the most well-known bars across the globe.  Federico led the team at Paradiso, Barcelona, listed 67 in the World’s Best Bars in 2017 and prior to that was Head Bartender at The Mandarin Oriental 5* Hotel, Barcelona. After arriving in London, Federico was instrumental in the creative concepts behind new cocktail menus at Mayfair haunt Quaglino’s before embarking on his own project in Panama in 2020.  Combined with his enthusiasm to deliver the highest quality cocktails and best customer service he will ensure your menus stand out from the competition.

Development Chef

A passionate chef with over 15 years of experience in Hungary and London’s most prestigious restaurants and hotels including The Savoy, Corinthia, Galvin at Windows and Gordon Ramsay to name a few. As a development chef, attention to detail, high standards and creativity are most important to Andras.
