Lorenzo Minini

A creative and skilled professional with passion and drive for high quality culinary standards with 12+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Lorenzo has held the position of Head Chef at one of the best restaurants in London alongside the most creative chef patron in the world (Dabiz Muñoz) over the past 3 years. 


He creates new concepts by adapting culinary traditions to new techniques and flavours around the world aiming to develop a unique concept and exclusive menu.

A skilled and creative mixologist with over 10 years' experience in some of the most well-known bars across the globe.  Federico led the team at Paradiso, Barcelona, listed 67 in the World’s Best Bars in 2017 and prior to that was Head Bartender at The Mandarin Oriental 5* Hotel, Barcelona. After arriving in London, Federico was instrumental in the creative concepts behind new cocktail menus at Mayfair haunt Quaglino’s before embarking on his own project in Panama in 2020.  Combined with his enthusiasm to deliver the highest quality cocktails and best customer service he will ensure your menus stand out from the competition.
