Founder and Managing Director
A determined and motivated individual with over 12 years experience in restaurant, hotel, resort, cocktail bar lounge and night club operations in the UK and abroad. Leslie worked his way up from a commis waiter to Senior General Manager and is experienced in single and multi-site operations, venue design, openings and renovations, project management, budgeting and forecasting, quality management systems (QMS), recruitment and training.
Robert is the Chairman of an African Hotel Management company ICON Hotels Group Africa. Currently operating in Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria and seeking to build a portfolio throughout the Continent. His skill is in helping organisations to define where they want to go, articulate how they are going to get there and overcome friction en route. This provides an excellent opportunity to encourage innovation and by bringing a fresh perspective, he helps to stimulate ideas that address real challenges, thus adding value to companies, customers and addressing new markets.
Mickael’s work over the years has inspired not only loyalty from his staff, but also the respect and admiration of his fellow professionals. With over 30 years experience launching and working in some of the most renowned restaurants in the UK and abroad, he offers a hands on approach working alongside clients to provide innovative ideas and solutions.
Head Of Bars
A skilled and creative mixologist with over 10 years' experience in some of the most well-known bars across the globe. Federico led the team at Paradiso, Barcelona, listed 67 in the World’s Best Bars in 2017 and prior to that was Head Bartender at The Mandarin Oriental 5* Hotel, Barcelona. After arriving in London, Federico was instrumental in the creative concepts behind new cocktail menus at Mayfair haunt Quaglino’s before embarking on his own project in Panama in 2020. Combined with his enthusiasm to deliver the highest quality cocktails and best customer service he will ensure your menus stand out from the competition.
A passionate chef with over 15 years of experience in Hungary and London’s most prestigious restaurants and hotels including The Savoy, Corinthia, Galvin at Windows and Gordon Ramsay to name a few. As a development chef, attention to detail, high standards and creativity are most important to Andras.
